Forbidden Page after installing/activating feature

I installed fresh moss installation and thne I install/activate
feature. Now whenever I try to run the site it gives me error message
as "Forbidden". Same error I am getting whenever I access Manage Farm
Feaute in CA.

There is only 1 user and it has full access. Hoever If I
deactivate/uninstall fearure everything is workign properly.

Can anyone tell what wrong I am doing?
