Font setting in sharepoint portal

Basically, my requirement is to change the font color, size, style, etc of my entire portal sites. I'm able to set fonts on my individual webparts but i need to apply to my entire sites & subsites.

Can any one help me to find out the font settings in SPS 2003.

First, grab my style Under Cursor Web Part (or use the IE Developer's
toolbar, or the Firefox plug-in, etc.):
mindsharpblogs.com/.../798.aspx

This will show you the styles that you must alter to change a specific
element on the page.

Second, determine where you will place your override using my Guidelines
to Centralize SharePoint Style/Script Customizations:
mindsharpblogs.com/.../1006.aspx
