Finding an invalid subscription

I'm trying to figure out how to delete a subscription (or at least
inform the person who created it to remove it). It's bouncing emails
because when they set it up, they used an invalid email address (there
is no "all" user in our domain). This is the email I'm getting from
SharePoint but I can't figure out how to find the user it's attached to.
Does anyone have a query or something I can run to find this information
in the subscriptions?

PLEX to browse the subscriptions  folder and manually deleting the

initially when I deleted out the items it did not work. But after a
reboot of the server subscriptions  would not come through. I think there needs
to be a reboot in order for the changes to take place with the plex tool.
