Can i find duplicate record through CAML query?

I have to remove the duplicate entries in site directory. I am able to
do it using Object model and looping technic but i think it will take
considerable time if the site collection is bigger. So i am thinking of
doing it throug CAML.

Is it possible to find duplicate records using CAML query?
