Filter with multiple "OR" and 1 "AND"

Columns:
User 1 (Person)
User 2 (Person)
User 3 (Person)
User 4 (Person)
Status (Choice- Open/Closed/On Hold)

The view that I want

Status is not equal 'Closed'
and
One of the User is = [Me]

How do you set multiple 'OR' and single 'And'?

Setting a filter where - in a list view, a data view/data form web part,
an InfoPath form, or ?? Possible in some area, not in others.

It is just the standard List View web part. I realize that a data
form you can set a group in SharePoint designer. That is what I am
trying to accomplish.

Any reply is welcome, even the one that says it is not possible. At
the very least I know that I am not missing somethings.

I am not aware of any way to do this using the List View Web Part.
