How Can I Filter KPIs?

Asked By: Joshua    Date: Oct 30    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 1933

I created some KPIs using the manual KPI entry function and now I have a total list of all KPIs to manage this fiscal year. I need to be able to filter these into different KPI views for individual managers.

For example, there are 100 KPIs, with ten each for ten projects. How can I add a field into the manual KPI list that identifies a project for each row, then use that field to provide filtered views for All KPIs, Project 1, Project 2, etc?

In SharePoint KPI list, you cannot specify value of a custom column for an indicator item. Thus, filter  KPIs based on a column into filtered view is not reachable.
It’s better to create KPI list  for each project rather than have large number of indicators in a KPI list.
