One file in two document libraries

is there a way to share a file between two document libraries. Also,
be able to upload the file at once to mulitple libraries. Any help is
appreciated.

You can enable the 'Link to a Document' content type for a document
library. It looks like a document, but would actually link to another
doc lib.

Is this available in SPS2003? If so, where do you find the setting?

It is not. WSWS V3/MOSS 2007 only.

New to 2007 as its a content type I think.
