Field is not available in selection box for calculated column

I'm using the Room & Equipment Reservation template and want to create
a calculated column of my title column and the reserved by column so
that I can show both columns on any event entry in my calendar.

When I go to create the calculated column the Reserved by column is not
available as a selection. Do I need to change something in schema for
this?
