Has anyone come across the following error? We have been unable topinpoint which field is affected."The list item could not be added because the length of the fields wastoo long."Any ideas would be appreciated.
Most text fields are limited to 260 characters - most likely this is your issue.
that's what we thought to begin with. We've since pin-pointed it to be a non-mandatory a date field - this field could notbe blank. Strange but problem solved!
I thought it was 255 characters????????????
