Feature that allows SharePoint to inter-connect the Outlook
Calendars and SharePoint calendars, that users can add a meeting
request in one and both are synced? I'm getting people wanting this
feature. They don't want to double enter meetings.

Feature that allow admins to modify permissions on the folder and
file level in document libraries? Different permissions set within
a document library.
