I just put up a sub-site using the FAB40-NewStore template on a MOSS
site(portal/whatever). The root site was created as "team
collaberation." All of the MS writeups say there are "milestone
lists" as part of this template & functionality.

There are NOT there.

Is this a writeup/publication goof or do I have to do something
special to obtain these milestone lists & functionality?

So next, I looked at site feature, and sure enough there is
a "projects milestone list" feature, BUT, I cannot activiate it.
It "errors out." Next I tried the SP standard feature set, it
too "errors out." These two experiments were on the FAB40 sub-site.

What to do? Advice appreciated?
