Extract list data as a RSS feed

i realized the question
wasn't clear at all. As you said i wanted to extract list data as a
RSS feed say like last 4 items added recently. And you have mentioned
that there is an in-built XML web part. Can you please explain how to
add it as a webpart in a website.!!
