Export Content Types

Anyone know of a good way to export and import content types? Someone
suggested a utility from Andrew Connell at the following link, but I'm not
sure this is what I need.

This guy (Gary Lapointe) has put together a pretty amazing set of custom stsadm
commands and Copy content  Types happens to be one of them. Here's the blog post
on how he put it together, if you're interested. I'm guessing somewhere in
there is a link  to the download.
