I had sharepoint installed on my server and I created a site using
sharepoint.

After it I probably uninstalled sharepoint and installed it again,
without
backup it.

Now, I can't find the site that i have created.

It had to be on http://servername//default.aspx and now I can see
there just
a page of empty sharepoint site.

What can I do? How can I restore this site, or even just its
documents?

If you did not delete the databases associated with the old
installation you should be able to reconnect those. If you did
delete them then the data is lost unless you had it stored somewhere
outside of Sharepoint.
