Excel services error

I get this error when i try and open an excel file using web access

An error has occurred.
Please contact your system administrator if this problem persists.
In the vent viewer i get an error
No Excel Calculation Services is available in the farm.[User: SHAREPOINT\system]
I hjave enabled excel services created my doc library as trusted location and my
data connection library as trusted.
