Event Sink

I am using OnSyncSave event to catch files that moved from one folder
to another. It seems there is no way to obtain the original source
URL. According to MS, I should get sourceURL by using the
IExStoreDisplayEventInfo interface, However, the property SourceURL
always returns empty.

Any suggestion?
