Can anyone help me understand this... Running a full backup through
central admin. Estimate disk size is much larger than the actual spbr
file being saved. This is causing out of disk space errors. I believe
that sharepoint considers the sql transaction logs in estimating disk
size but I am in a non production stage right now with simple recovery
mode on for the databases. There shouldn't be log files as they are
truncated as soon as they are committed...Right? Did a full backup of
the databases just to be sure and the estimated disk size is about 20gb
over the size of the db's

Am I missing something here? Any explaination in what sharepoint is
backing up would be of great help.
