Error "The XSL stylesheet could not be downloaded and parsed"

I am getting an error on one user's workstation when he
is trying to checkin a document. AT the time when the
properties window should display the following message is
displayed:

"The XSL stylesheet could not be downloaded and parsed.
URl:'pubform.xsl'. Error description: "

The user can do it from another workstation with the same
document. On the machine IE 6.0SP1 is installed.
