Error trying to render the SSRS report in SharePoint

We have the following SharePoint topology

AppServer
FrontEnd1
FrontEnd2

I managed to install SSRS fine on it, and it works fine on the AppServer, however when i try to run the rerpots on the front ends, i get the following error

An unexpected error occurred while connecting to the report server. Verify that the report server is available and configured for SharePoint integrated mode.

I did run the SSRS add-in on the front ends with the SKIPCA=1 argument. and without running the rscustomactions.exe

Everything looks good on the App Server, but not on the front ends.

Any idea why this is happening

We on SharePoint 2007 with SP2, and have installed SP1 for SSRS.
