Error publishing document from web folder

I have this really strange problem on SharePoint 2001. Everytime I try
do check-in or publish a document using the menu option on the web
folder I get the following error instead of the form supposed to show
the document properties:

The Tahoe Server encountered the following error leading the document
profile: CreateObject(CDO.KnowledgeFolder)
Error Number: 800703E6

If I use the web portal I get no error. It just happens from the web
folder.

Has anyone got into this?

We had this problem and worked with Microsoft support to come up with a
workaround to resolve this problem. For us it occurs whenever our SPS 2001
server is rebooted.

The solution is basically going into IIS and toggling a properties value from
the Forms folder of the workspace where the error is occuring but needs to be
done to each workspace because all are affected when the server is rebooted.

I have attached a workaround document with step-by-step instructions. This
method worked for us so I'm hoping it will work for you.

I hope the workaround works for me. Which
properties should I toggle? I think you forgot to attach the document...
