Error List does not exist

Today I accidently deleted a list in one of the site's main page. When I tried to access it next time, it shows me a error like this:

Error
List does not exist

The page youselected contains a list that does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user. Click "Home" at the top of the page to return to your Web site.

Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

Please help me to get rid of this.

I believe your only open is going to be restoring a backup of your site’s content database to retrieve the data.
