I am trying to import user profile information of
enabled user accounts from Active Directory directory
services to my SPS. I am member of the local SPS
administrator. Now Whenever i go to configure profile
import page from site setting > manage profile
database
I get the following error:

"This page is not encrypted for secure communication.
User names, passwords, and any other information will
be sent in clear text. For more information about how
to secure the pages on this server farm, see the
SharePoint Portal Server Administrator's Guide."

"Failed to retrieve the current domain name from the
Active Directory directory services"
