Error going to Manage Content and Structure after migration

We completed a test migration by using the database attach method. We have about
6 sites under our root site. Most of these sites came over with no problem with
the exception of one. When we put the cursor over the site name on the top
navigation bar, it give error for a site admin, nothing for a regular user.
Click on the site and we get the list of sites on the quick launch bar at the
left. Some sites come up with no problem. However, we have several sites that
do not come up for a site admin - instead the site admin gets the message: "An
unexpected error has occurred." But the 'regular' user can click on the site
and the site comes up with no problem. However, going to Manage Content and
Structure generates the following error: "One or more field types are not
installed properly. Go to the list settings page to delete these fields."
