Error Creating the Application Defintion File from SAP WebService (WSDL format)

I have a big issue in creating the Application Definition file from SAP web service of WSDL format. I am using Microsoft's tool : Application Definition Designer to generate the Application Definition file. Where am I doing wrong?? Anybody worked on this issue before?? Please respond.

I came to know that the BDC Metaman tool  only works with the SAP Wrapper web  services and not with the SAP out of box web services. Even the Microsoft's Application Definition Designer is working fine..Hope this helps
