Does anyone receive errors when trying to edit in data sheet form
for lists or document libraries.

The error is:

"The list cannot be displayed in Datasheet view for one or more of
the following reasons:
- A datasheet componene compatible with Windows Sharepoint services
is not installed
- Your web browser doesnt support activeX controls

Do we need to install office 11 for this function to work? We can
get this to work with machines with Office 11.
