Error 5123: CREATE FILE encountered operating system error 32 in Windows 2003

Asked By: Chaim Odom         Date: Feb 23, 2006      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 606

Machine specifics. Windows 2003 Standard SP1. SQL 2000 SP3a. IIS 6.0.
Sharepoint Services 2.0.

I attempted to install the full text search function to SQL and ever
since I have been unable to attach to any of my mdf files in SQL. The
mdf files are showing as (Suspect).
Unfortunately I am new to both SQL and Sharepoint services, so my
knowledge of each is very limited.
This is a production server that I cannot take offline for a long
period of time, nor can I afford to lose the data that is already in
place. My backups do not seem to be working either.

You might want to call PSS right away to ensure you don't lose any data.
You might also consider attending some of our training classes -
