Error 0x451 starting database "SharePoint Portal Server Group\SharePoint Portal Server Store" o

When I tried to restore the backup of a sharepoint server in windows 2000
machine I got a diologbox with foll details.i had taken backup from another
machine running windows 2000 server

An error occurred during restore
Error number 80150804
Desc automation error
Source mcdmback


The warning I got inside the event viewer is
The information store database "SharePoint Portal Server Group\SharePoint
Portal Server Store" was restored from a backup - it has been patched.
Please backup this database.

These are following errors I got

Information Store (3000) Callback function call ErrESECBRestoreComplete
ended with error 0x00000451 Tape could not be partitioned.

Error 0x451 starting database "SharePoint Portal Server Group\SharePoint
Portal Server Store" on the Microsoft Exchange Information Store.
Failed to configure MDB.

Database "SharePoint Portal Server Group\SharePoint Portal Server Store" is
too new to be upgraded.

I've gotten that one a couple times. One was when I backed up a system with
SP1 and restored to a system without the SP. I installed the SP and re-ran
the restore. The other is when I had more than one workspace on the backup,
but had only created one of the workspaces on the server  I was restoring to.
I was then unable to create the other workspace. I created the virtual
directory for it in IIS and then reran the restore  and it worked and added
it to Sharepoint Administrator.
