Cannot check in checked-out documents via document library interface. Check-in
screen (with file selection, comments box and Check In button) appears, but when
Check In is pressed, the following error displays: "This document was checked
out to your local drafts folder but the local copy could not be checked in to
the site. Close any application that is editing the document and try to check in
again, or discard the checkout." (The application is closed, and I have checked
appropriate permissions on the local drafts folder.)
