Enabling Drop-Down Menus in WSS v3

I'm currently working on a project, and discovered how to enable drop down
menus in WSS v3. The configuration was outlined very well, but I'm stuck on
a display issue I encountered. Instead of displaying "Home", it's
displaying "Quick Launch". Both link to the default.aspx, but I would like
to display "Home". How can I change this configuration, and have the display
rendered correctly. The link to the reference is

The answer was right under my nose the entire time. I just had to
change the ShowStartingNode from true to false.
