We are in the process of upgrading from SPS 2003 to MOSS 2007, our
users love the "show subsites" drop down and Quick Launch feature in
2007 and want it active on all sites. We are moving over 2000 sites.
I've looked but I can't see an obvious way to change the STS definition
to have the Show Subsites option selected by default. I know that it
will retain the selection if I create a site template from an existing
site, but I'm not sure that is a good solution when importing so many
sites. Any one have any suggestions?
