Enable MOSS 2007 Environment for SSL

I have my Development environment setup and configured with 1 SSP and
now it's time for me to get it setup for SSL (https) since that is a
company requirement for all IIS instances. I have the instructions on
how to generate a Self-Signed SSL Certificate using the IIS 6 Resource
Kit so I'm now looking for concise instructions on setting up all the
web applications for access via HTTPS. Does anyone know if any such
instructions exist? Can you post a URL?
