Email Enabled MOSS

We are in the process of testing enabling document libraies on MOSS
using built in SMTP. The question I have is if we implement this and
people start enabling libraries, it there a way to identify what
libraries/libraries have been email enabled and/or what local email
addresses have been assigned to lists/libraries?

These contacts are stored in an OU as part of the installation. It doesn't
identify the library that was configured but the object contains the e-mail
address.

Our Server and we don't have rights to create or update any Active Directory
OU's that is why we are using SMTP and not integrating it with Exchange
(over which we also have no control).

You will have to create a custom program to do this. As a matter of fact, I did
this about 2 months ago. If you need further help, please let me know.

There's no way to do this out of the box. You need something like this
tool from Gary Lapointe to discover them,
