Email Enabled Document Library

I am having trouble with sending email to a document library. I have
followed the Resource Kit and checked the steps numerous times. I
verified that the APP Pool user had access to the public folder set
permissions to anonymous. Verified all item in Central Admin. Checked
the timer service, etc. Any ideas? I am all out!
