Email enabled Document Libraries

I am trying to setup an email enabled document library and I am not having any luck. I have my public folder setup in Exchange 2000. I have permissions setup correctly in Exchange. I think I have everything setup appropriately in SPS. But nothing happens. Is anybody having any luck with this? If so, can you steer me in the right direction?
