Eliminate log on on default site SharePoint Portal 2003

Asked By: Darren Andrews         Date: Jul 24, 2007      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 163

We use SharePoint Portal 2003 with remote SQL2000 servers.
How can we eliminate the users log on default site.

When our users log on the default web site of SharePoint Portal 2003,
a box prompt them to log on again with user name and password and
domain name.

They were already log on the domain, how can we disable or elimainate
this log on again ?

Please advise ?

I look at SharePoint administraion and SharePoint Service but can't find
any entry or configuration relate with them ?

You'll need to make sure that NTLM authentication is enabled in IIS, and that
the client browser is setup to auto-send authentication to the server.
