We have an application running on SPS 2001 and we have a query from one
of the users.The user would like to update the author name and email
properties for a profile and he wants this to be done to bulk documents.

We could edit the profile properties with a change in version number.
However, the user wants the profile properties to be changed without a
change in version number. He says he was able to do this earlier and
not anymore.

Can anybody suggest me in this regard.
