How to edit Portal Submission with SP 2003 Beta 2 TR

In Sharepoint Portal 2003, you can submit any document or content to other
portal are by using the "Submit to Portal Area" feature. This is great and
work as expected but I cannot find a way to actually edit a submission

Let's say you submited a document to 5 different areas and would like to
remove the submission, the only I found was to actually go to each
individual area and remove the listing

I don't think that there is a way to edit  a submission  other than doing
so in each area that it was submitted to. If there is a way to do this
and I am missing something, hopefully somone will correct me.

I've also noticed that if I delete the content that the listing points
to, the link remains. Anyone found a way to automate the removal of such
links?

I noticed the same thing, when you delete the content, the link stays which
doesn't make sense

Hopefully those 2 issues will be addressed with the final product, because
if it is not, I see some issues with users
