How are people handling duplicate name checking when a site is created? I found we can create multiple sites with the same name in different name spaces.

For example:

Someone creates a HotGroup10 subsite under the HotGroups site
http://intranet/sites/HotGroups/HotGroup10

and later someone else can create another HotGroup10 site at the top level
http://intranet/sites/HotGroup10

Knowing our users, this is going to happen occasionally. Is it just a matter of education and permissions? Or is there a better way to handle it?
