Duplicate Farm Administrator Account

Looking for some help/info here. Went through some previous
posts but I couldn't find anything (that is to say my searching didn't
result in what I was looking for).

When SharePoint Server 2007 is initially installed, the User ID that
you're logged onto the box with then becomes the Farm Administrator.

Question: How can I add to the Farm a new Farm Administrator? Instead
of using 'MOSSADMIN' (for example) I'd like to give a specific
individual rights as well. So, can I create another Farm Administrator
for this Farm? Or, how can I add another User ID to the Farm
Administrators, so this new individual has all the same rights
as 'MOSSADMIN'?

Go to Central Admin, Operations tab, and Update Farm Administrator's
group under Security Configuration.

Update...I think the following works, but if someone could verify
that'd be awesome. Thanks!

Assuming current Farm Administrator ID = MOSSADMIN

1. Log onto Central Administration as MOSSADMIN
2. Navigate through CA --> Operations --> Update Farm Administrators
Group (Security Configuration section)
3. New --> Add Users
4. Add new user to Farm Administrators Group
5. Enter the relevant Shared Services Provider Admin
6. Navigate through SSP Admin Home --> Site Actions --> Site Settings
7. Click Site Collection Administrators under Users and Permissions
8. Enter new user ID into Site Collection Administrators field
9. Return to SSP Admin Home
10. Navigate through SSP Admin Home --> Personalization Services
Permissions (under User Profiles and My Sites section)
11. Click Add Users/Groups
12. Enter ner user ID
13. Check all permissions then click <Save>
14. Perform Steps 5 through 13 for each SSP you have

At this point it seems that the new User has all the
rights/privilages as the MOSSADMIN.

Is this correct? Did I miss anything?
