I'm running SPS in one domain, and this working fine, I can give permtions make
groups...
Now I want add some other users which they are in different domains.

what I did:

I can add them to our server using administrator rights of their domain,

but when they try to access the home page in SPS they can't. they tried with
server name and tried with the IP address,

note they can ping our server.
