We're planning on developing a workflow that utilizes
the manager profile property of the user's profile.
If that person's manager is Sarah Smith, and profiles
exist for more than one Sarah Smith, how would MOSS
handle the selection criteria?

I believe the manager field in the AD account display
backends to a distinguish name, but I'm guessing that
gets stripped out in the profile import process. Is
there any way to guarantee that the manager field in
the MOSS profiles points to the proper person?
