documents not opening as web pages

I have a document library on Moss 2007 site.i have uploaded some documents of Office 2007(pptx, docx etc).

I have enabled 'Display as a Web page' option too in Document Library Settings > Advanced Settings >Opening browser-enabled documents.

But it is not opening documents as web which I have uploaded. I have installed office 2007 too on server. but still on it is opening that on office tools.

Any setting I am missing in central administration/shared service Provider?

This option is only valid for Excel documents  (Excel Services) and Infopath forms (Forms Services).

As mentioned above, Excel Services and Form Services should be available on the server.

Other documents would normally open in the client itself.
