I enabled document versioning first and a day later
content approval.

The only proble is that there are documents already in
the system. Initially when I go to the Shared document
view and on the left menu and I go to the Modify
settings and columns and click, I click General
Settings I get Document Library Settings:Shared
Documents in the menu items it says
Name and Description
Navigation
Content Approval(Pops UP for a second and
disappears!!)
Document Versions
Document Template
Content Approval

I have reset with iisreset and manually with the IIS
Manager to no avail...I still keep getting that pop
up....!
