Document sharing

i have created a form via infopath 2010 and it has been submit to a library
in sharepoint 2010. now the form has options to attach files in 3 different
sections. is there a way to apply document sharing/privacy on these attachments?
so only certain members can view the first attachments whilst others can view
all?
