I noticed that the some of the document workflow, versioning features that
was there in SPS 2001 (or 1) are not here in the SPS 2003 (2) beta
(Technical Refresh). For example there was an option to set the approval
process of a document using the network folder view of the site which is not
available in SPS 2003 beta - TR.

Also is there a way for the users to upload a new document in to a document
library as a different version of an existing document (in the same document
library) in SPS2003. (The fact that the new document is a new version of the
older document should be reflected in the version history in that
document.).
