Document Library Query of sorts - Documents checked out

Is there any way to get a high level view of documents that are
checked out? I looked in the SDK and it said check the DocFlags
Column. The documentation didn't match up with the identifier.

What I was thinking was to run a query and get a list but I am sure
there is a better way to do it.
