Document Library missing

Asked By: Nishita Parekh         Date: Mar 06, 2010      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 304

I am getting an error message from my document library dashboard:

The Folder Information Web part shows the following error: "Script
Execution Error: Microsoft JScript runtime error 'strRootDocLibLabel' is
undefined line = 1, col = 0 (line is offset from the start of the script
block). Error returned from property or method call."

The Documents Web part shows the following error: "Script Execution
Error: Object required"

And the Add a Link Web part has the following error: "Unable to add
links to the root of the Document Library"

In addition, I cannot see any of the document library folder hierarchy when
I attempt to browser there using Windows Explorer. However, I know the
documents remain on the server in their appropriate folders because you can
see them from the Subscriptions page (at least those that remain in the
notification queue).

Also, I forgot to mention, my Categories dashboard  is empty as well. But it
is not throwing any errors that I can see.
