If you don't need to maintain the document  history or created user you
can just copy and paste it using the explorer view. You can also
accomplish this using Web Folders in Windows Explorer. Then there is
always the sneaker-net method of saving to the hard drive and then

If you do need to maintain the document history or created user there is
more to it. If saving and recreating the entire document library  as a
list template is an option, that is one simple way. There are commercial
tools that can accomplish it (or you could write your own). Our partner,

Yes – use the copy/paste functions or the drag-n-drop functions between two web folder clients to the document  libraries.

I would like to see all the levels in a tree structure of document
folders on screen and to print, but the default position with
sharepoint shows only the level you are currently using, even in
explorer view. Is there a way to customize this to show all the folder
levels above the documents you are currently viewing, preferably in a
staggered fashion ? Also, is there a way to watermark documents being
uploaded as per a professional data room ?
