Document Libraries in Version 2

I noticed in the web folder that under each Topic, i.e., Divisions,
Human Resources, Marketing, etc, there is a Document Library. Is there
an easy way for me to navigate to this via IE without having to go to
Topic, Divisions, Human Resources, Edit Page, Manage Content, Document
Libraries?

map a web folder to it. ie, I have a document library at

http://goto/sites/IT/Shared%20Documents/

and I can manage everything from Windows Explorer. clicking on the link
itself brings it up in Internet Explorer.

You can also add links to the document library to your Sites directory.

I'm very new to v2, so these might be 'old' or not necessarily the best
way to do it.
