Document Lib access denied

Asked By: Ray    Date: Nov 29    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 1162

I am using Share point 2007.I have created a Role called Expert with
the permissions mentioned below.
List Permissions:
- Add Items,
- View Items,
- Open items,
- View versions,
- Create alerts,
- View application pages.
Site Permissions:
- View pages,
- Browse User information,
- Use remote interfaces,
- Use client integration features,
- Open.
Also, I have created Document Library with Version settings (to
Yes), created columns like description, subject and Author to the
default view and also I have set the full tool bar as current view.

I have added user with the Expert Role.

Now user is able to see three things in full tool bar. New, Upload
and Actions.

If the user tries to upload a document by selecting the document and
clicks ok

"Access Denied Screen will appear"

please help me in sorting out this problem?

For verify that you have set the permission for the list for the document
library as by default the document  library will inherit the permission policy of
the site that should be change via the link provided in document library
settings page.
